During the harvesting phase, all raw materials come directly from the fields and are sampled immediately upon receipt, thus allowing a very high quality of the product and its certification.

After a scrupulous analysis (mold, humidity, breakage, micro-toxins), if suitable, are sent, with appropriate certification, which certifies the quality, to the subsequent stages.

The quality of the process is guaranteed by periodic checks carried out by the ASL, which is HCCP competent, for storage.
